Can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership or pending renewal, log into your account. On the bottom of your dashboard screen is the "Manage Your Account" Section. On the left is a link to your active membership. If you click that, you should be able to cancel your membership and any pending renewals. Keep in mind, doing this cancels your next scheduled renewal and does not affect your current membership. We do not offer a refund on cancellations for active memberships that are in progress.
